Project Background

Saint-Cyr Art Studio was founded in 2019. The company is a full-service mural agency, which designs and manages mural projects for schools, healthcare, corporations, state agencies, and nonprofits.

In 2021, we became a NYC DOE vendor, and started working with NYC Public Schools to beautify schools and engage students through murals.

My Approach/ Solution

The company creates murals for their clients as a way to beautify their space, visually communicate their brand/idea, engage students in schools, improve visual aesthetics of healthcare, and to engage people of all artistic abilities in the mural making process.

Murals do more than just add visual appeal. They have the power to uplift the atmosphere and bring vibrancy to places like offices and schools. Numerous research studies support the positive impact of art on our well-being.

Result/Impact

The company has painted 250+ murals in a span of 3 years, worked with 75+ NYC Public Schools, and engaged 4,000+ students in the mural making process.

For the past two summers our school, PS 175 Henry Highland Garnet, in Harlem has been fortunate enough to partner with the Saint-Cyr Art Studio. Each summer resulted in a beautiful outside mural that not only has significance for the students, but also the community.
