Project Background
Between 2021 and 2023, I was invited to be a Guest Speaker and Panelists through the The Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
My Approach/ Solution
In 2021, I worked with the department to host a workshop titled, “Entrepreneurship for Artists”, which was well received by attendees. Between 2022 - 2023, I was a Guest Speaker at their Entrepreneurship class, sharing my journey on how I started and grew my business, right out of college.
Result/Impact
As a result of participating as a Guest Speaker and Panelists, I ended up hiring 3 students from Hofstra University to work for my business. All three of them were creatives looking to understand how they could use their talents in the job market.
